On behalf of an established international company, we are looking for a Junior Controller to join the Group Finance team.The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to controlling, reporting and consolidation activities while supporting the company’s continued growth.Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the Group Finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:Preparing periodic consolidated financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Net Financial Position.Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and consolidated reporting processes.Acting as the Finance point of contact for selected international subsidiaries, working closely with local management teams.Coordinating intercompany reconciliations and overseeing intercompany invoicing procedures.Supporting the preparation of the Group Consolidated Financial Statements and Statutory Financial Statements, including related reconciliations.Assisting the Head of Finance with cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.Supporting M&A activities through financial analysis and reporting.Managing the accounting and financial reporting (actuals and forecasts) for the assigned cost centre.Ensuring compliance with internal administrative procedures and Group policies while providing operational support to the Finance function.Your Profile:Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Economics.Excellent command of Italian and English (minimum C1 level); knowledge of German and/or French is considered an asset.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.Good knowledge of Power BI and a strong interest in AI tools applied to Finance.Previous experience working with ERP systems.Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement and innovation-oriented approach.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.Flexible, autonomous and comfortable working across a broad range of finance-related activities.The Opportunity:This position offers the opportunity to join an international and fast-growing organization that promotes collaboration, innovation and professional development.You will work in a dynamic environment with exposure to cross-functional projects and regular interaction with colleagues and business units in Switzerland and abroad, providing excellent opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
