Junior Data Analytics Consultant

For our Sofia office, we are looking for graduates in technical disciplines who will join our Technology Consulting division and become an integral part of our clients’ digital transformation initiatives. You will support the full lifecycle of Data Analytics, Process Intelligence, Automation and AI-enabled transformation projects. Key Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end Data Analytics, Process Intelligence, Automation and AI-enabled transformation initiatives across clients and industriesRunning data identification, extraction and transformation (ETL), including data quality checks and preparation for analytics, process mining and AI use casesConnecting Data Analytics, Process Intelligence and Automation tools to client IT systems, ERP platforms and workflow applicationsDesigning and developing process monitoring dashboards, automation performance views and AI-assisted insight reportsAnalyzing process data, interpreting findings and translating them into practical improvement opportunitiesIdentifying bottlenecks, manual effort drivers and automation candidates across business processesSupporting the design, development and testing of workflow automation, RPA, low-code/no-code solutions and AI-assisted process improvementsLeveraging Machine Learning, Generative AI and intelligent automation concepts to accelerate analysis, automate improvements and enhance decision supportDocumenting business requirements, solution logic, test scenarios and adoption considerations for automation and AI-enabled solutionsDrawing actionable conclusions and recommendations for process optimization and automation driving measurable business impactRequired Qualifications:Graduate in Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics/Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldsHands-on experience with one or more Data Analytics (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc) and Process Intelligence tools (Celonis, Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining, UiPath)Skills in data manipulation and/or scripting, preferably SQL and Python, with ability to work with structured and semi-structured datasetsAble to understand various data structures, common data transformation methods and process/event-log conceptsBasic understanding of automation concepts, such as RPA, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms and API-based integrationsAwareness of AI and Generative AI concepts, including prompt design, AI-assisted analysis, model limitations, responsible AI considerations and human-in-the-loop validationAbility to translate business pain points into analytics, automation and AI use cases, including expected benefits, constraints and success measuresGood analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and business stakeholdersNice to have:1-2 years of experience in leading consulting firms or in leading international system integrators as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Automation Developer or AI/Automation ConsultantFamiliarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a big plusFamiliarity with data platforms (Databricks, SAP Datasphere, Azure data services, etc.) is a plusExposure to automation platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio or comparable workflow/orchestration tools is a plusFunctional knowledge of financial and/or business processes (Procurement, Sales, Accounting, Logistics…)Curiosity for emerging technologies and willingness to learn how automation and AI can be applied safely and pragmatically in enterprise environmentsWhat we offer:· Competitive remuneration· Premium health & dental insurance· Food vouchers· Sports & transportation cards· Regular social events· Funded training and certificationsIf you are eager to be part of our dynamic team, submit your CV to embark on this exciting journey with us.
