MiraCo Trading Company – Le Secret du Pain (LSDP)Junior Demo & Production Baker | Jeddah | Full-time | Immediate startAbout usMiraCo imports and distributes premium frozen and fresh bakery products under the Le Secret du Pain brand, serving hotels, restaurants, cafés and retailers across Jeddah and Riyadh.The roleOur products arrive ready to bake or ready to serve. You will not bake from scratch. Your job is to bake our products perfectly by following our product manuals, show clients how good they are, and run our daily fresh-bake production.What you'll do* Bake and present LSDP products at client demos and tastings* Train client kitchen and café staff to bake and serve our products correctly* Run the production unit for daily fresh-baked deliveries: baking schedule, quality, hygiene and stock* Follow product manuals, food safety and HACCP standards* Share client feedback with the sales teamWhat we're looking for* Fluent Arabic and English (spoken)* Based in Jeddah* Diploma or degree from a recognized hospitality or culinary college; fresh graduates welcome* Basic oven and kitchen handling skills; bakery or hotel experience is a plus* Confident with people, presentable and punctual* Comfortable with early starts and visiting client sites* Valid driving license is a plusPriority will be given to Saudi nationals in line with Saudization requirements.What we offer* Full product training* A growing role in a fast-scaling bakery brandThis role is to be filled immediately.
