Chandan Dental Pvt Ltd is committed not only to high-quality treatment, but also to promoting oral hygiene awareness and preventive dental care in the community.Role Description The Junior Dentist will provide chairside clinical care under the guidance of senior dentists, including examination, diagnosis, and basic treatment of dental conditions such as caries, periodontal issues, and minor restorative needs. Responsibilities include assisting in orthodontic procedures, performing routine dental work (scaling, fillings, extractions within scope), and ensuring accurate documentation of patient histories and treatment plans. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to support long-term dental health. The Junior Dentist will collaborate with the clinical and support team to maintain high standards of infection control, safety, and patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Chandan Dental Pvt Ltd in Vadodara.Qualifications Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution; valid dental registration with the appropriate council.Solid understanding of general dentistry principles, including diagnosis, restorative procedures, basic endodontics, and preventive care.Knowledge of orthodontic concepts and a willingness to learn and assist in orthodontic and dentofacial procedures.Strong clinical skills in patient examination, treatment planning, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients, explain treatment options, and work within a multidisciplinary team.Attention to detail, ethical clinical practice, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate medical records.Prior internship or clinical experience in a dental hospital or clinic is preferred; familiarity with dental software is an advantage.
