Junior Dentist

Employment Type: Full Time, In Clinic RoleRole Overview:I Deal Dental Clinic is looking for a motivated and patient-friendly Junior Dentist to jointheir clinical team.

We are looking for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are keento gain hands-on clinical exposure, strengthen their skills, and grow in their dental career.Roles & Responsibilities● Examine patients and understand their dental concerns.● Assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.● Perform routine dental procedures based on clinical competency.● Assist senior dentists and specialists during advanced procedures.● Explain treatment plans and procedures clearly to patients.● Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.● Follow up with patients regarding treatment and post-treatment care.● Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.● Follow sterilization, infection control and clinic safety protocols.● Coordinate with dental assistants and other team members for smooth patient care.Qualification & Experience● BDS / MDS from a recognized institution.● 0–2 years of clinical experience.● Valid Dental Council registration.Required Skills● Basic clinical skills.● Good patient communication and interpersonal skills.● Willingness to learn and work under senior doctors.● Patient-friendly and professional approach.● Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Work Requirements● Full-time position at the Coimbatore clinic.● Should be available during the clinic's working hours. (9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, 4:00 PMto 08:00 PM)● Should be willing to learn● Weekly off: Sunday.
