Junior Developer – Internal Tools & Automation

We're looking for a junior developer to join our internal tools team, building and maintaining internal dashboards, automation, and tooling. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to learn and grow with hands-on mentorship from senior developers.**What you'll do**- Build and maintain internal tools and dashboards under the guidance of senior developers- Write and maintain Python code as part of a small, collaborative team- Learn to work with Azure (app services, identity) as part of our development standard- Support deployments through CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with senior oversight- Get exposure to AI/LLM-powered application features- Follow secure, governance-aware development practices on any identity/access-related work**What we're looking for**- 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience (any language/stack)- Working knowledge of Python- Genuine willingness to learn Azure, GitHub Actions/CI-CD, and AI/LLM development on the job- Comfortable taking direction and feedback — this role is mentorship-driven, not solo ownership from day one- Basic understanding of, or interest in, secure development / identity & access concepts**Nice to have**- Any exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)- Familiarity with Git/GitHub- Academic, project, or internship experience with internal tools or dashboards- Curiosity about AI/LLM-based applications**What we offer**- Growing ownership of projects as your skills develop
