Junior DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer

This role is open only to candidates currently based in Thailand or Indonesia, with a hybrid arrangement in Bangkok and a remote arrangement in Indonesia.Cube is looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer who is keen to learn and help us maintain and operate the cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines behind our products.You will work closely with the Senior Infrastructure team, Software Engineering and Data Engineering teams to support secure, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure while helping our engineering teams deliver software, data pipelines smoothly and improve operational practices.ResponsibilitiesSupport the setup, maintenance, and operation of cloud infrastructure and servicesSupport the maintenance and improvement of CI/CD pipelines for reliable software deliverySupport the deployment and maintain containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar platformsSupport cloud networking, databases, monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery operationsMonitor infrastructure and applications, investigate alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate incidents when neededAssist with routine infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and operational tasksCollaborate with the Software Engineering and Data Engineering teams to support their infrastructure and deployment needsAssist with infrastructure and modernization projectsRequirements1-2 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, System Administration, SRE, or a similar roleBasic experience administering Linux servers and working with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWSBasic experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflowsBasic understanding of basic cloud networking conceptsBasic experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability toolsBasic knowledge of commonly used databases, such as MySQL or PostgreSQLBasic knowledge to write basic Bash, Python, or similar scripts for automation and operational tasksGood to have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and work across engineering teamsCloud or Infrastructure certifications are a plus
