The role will be responsible for campaign setup, performance monitoring, marketing analytics, conversion tracking, reporting, and supporting the overall digital marketing function.This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in performance marketing, digital analytics, and marketing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementAssist in launching and managing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.Ensure campaigns are set up accurately according to campaign objectives, budgets, and targeting requirements.Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze campaign performance metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.Identify trends, insights, and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.Support ad-hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders.Tracking & MeasurementCreate and manage UTM parameters for campaign tracking.Monitor conversion tracking across marketing platforms and analytics tools.Support implementation and validation of pixels, events, and conversion APIs.Assist in maintaining data accuracy across digital marketing systems.Marketing OperationsCoordinate campaign assets and requirements with design and content teams.Ensure campaigns are launched on time and according to agreed schedules.Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, and tracking frameworks.Support A/B testing initiatives and performance experiments.Digital AnalyticsUtilize tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Events Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.Analyze lead quality and user behavior across marketing funnels.Assist in attribution analysis and customer journey reporting.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, performance marketing, or related fields.Internship experience in digital marketing is a plus.Technical SkillsFamiliarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.Basic understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Understanding of UTM tracking, pixels, and conversion measurement.Experience with Looker Studio, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Preferred QualificationsGoogle Analytics Certification.Meta Blueprint Certification.Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.Basic knowledge of SQL and dashboard reporting.Success MetricsCampaign launch accuracy and timeliness.Quality and accuracy of reporting.Tracking and measurement reliability.Contribution to campaign performance improvements.Data-driven insights and recommendations delivered to the team.Salary range 8-10K SR
