Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Job description:Freshers or Digital marketing executives with 6months to 1 year experience are open to apply

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve results.- Analyze marketing data to refine content and campaign strategies.Human Resources:- Manage recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.- Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.- Assist in creating and maintaining employee records and HR documentation.- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.Vendor management:- coordinate with vendors for samples, catalogues and setup meetingsJob Type: Full-timeMonday to Saturday working (10am to 7pm)
