Location: DubaiExperience: 1–2 yearsWe are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience with social media, digital campaigns and lead generation.

This is a junior role for someone who can handle day-to-day digital marketing activities and is looking to grow with the team.What you’ll do* Plan and execute social media campaigns* Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads* Work on *lead generation campaigns** Monitor campaigns and make basic optimisations based on performance* Manage social media platforms and content schedules* Track leads, campaign results and key performance metrics* Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and content* Assist with client requirements, updates and follow-ups* Research competitors, audiences and current digital trends* Prepare basic campaign performance reportsWhat we’re looking for* 1–2 years of digital marketing experience* Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and lead generation* Understanding of targeting, audiences, budgets and campaign objectives* Basic knowledge of social media management and content planning* Good communication and coordination skills* Ability to analyse campaign performance and make basic changes* Organised, proactive and willing to learn* Canva / basic content creation skills are a plusWe’re looking for someone at a junior level who knows how to execute, learn quickly and take ownership of their work.
