The company settles disputes in various languages and specializes especially in resolving disputes of a commercial nature in online shopping, content sharing, crowdfunding, web3, gaming, and B2B platforms.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Dispute Adjudicator at ADROIT. The role is primarily located in San Ġiljan, where our offices are located, but offers some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Dispute Adjudicator will be responsible for handling day-to-day dispute resolution tasks, ensuring fair and efficient outcomes for both users and online platforms.QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in conflict resolution, content moderation, trust & safety or dispute adjudication is a plusFluency in one or more of the following languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Maltese, Portuguese, SpanishUnderstanding of online platforms and digital technologiesLegal background or certification in dispute resolution, law degree preferred
