The role involves providing timely medical care to patients, including conducting initial assessments, documenting clinical findings, and supporting senior physicians in diagnosis and treatment. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, coordinating with nursing and support staff, ensuring accurate and complete medical documentation, and following hospital protocols and clinical guidelines. The Junior DMO will assist in emergency and outpatient services as required, help manage patient flow, and uphold ethical and safe medical practices. The role also includes communicating clearly with patients and families, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in quality improvement and clinical training activities.Qualifications Candidates should possess an MBBS degree from a recognized institution and valid registration with the relevant medical council.Candidates should possess skills in patient examination, clinical history taking, and basic diagnosis and management of common medical conditions.Candidates should possess skills in emergency care support, including initial stabilization, vital sign monitoring, and timely escalation to senior doctors.Candidates should possess skills in medical documentation, electronic record-keeping, and adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Candidates should possess the ability to work in shifts, manage multiple cases, and remain calm and professional in high-pressure clinical settings.Candidates with prior hospital experience, familiarity with NABH norms, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care will be preferred.
