We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce & Digital Operations Executive to support the company's digital operations, e-commerce activities, and online business initiatives across our business portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and build a long-term career in digital business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and other online marketplaces.Update product information, pricing, inventory, promotions, and content.Plan and manage promotional campaigns, marketplace deals, and discount activities.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain healthy stock availability.Ensure pricing, promotions, and marketplace activities comply with the company's profitability guidelines and minimum margin requirements.Monitor product performance and recommend pricing or promotional adjustments based on sales and profitability.Maintain and update company Excel management files to ensure accurate pricing, inventory, profitability, and operational reporting.Process online orders and support smooth order fulfillment.Assist with customer support and after-sales communication.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and performance reports.Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.Coordinate with designers and developers for website updates and enhancements.Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content.Coordinate with designers to develop engaging digital content.Monitor social media engagement and support digital marketing campaigns.Maintain accurate operational records using Microsoft Excel.Support additional digital sales and online business initiatives as the company grows.RequirementsBachelor's degree (preferred).Strong Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory), including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, sorting, IF functions, and other commonly used Excel formulas.Good analytical and numerical skills with a commercial mindset.Excellent attention to detail.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Namshi, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage but not essential.Experience with Canva or social media management is a plus.We're Looking For Someone Who IsSelf-driven, proactive, willing to take initiative, and eager to learn and grow with the company.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Responsible and dependable.Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data.Positive, energetic, and willing to take on new challenges.Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.Career GrowthThis role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital marketing, inventory planning, profitability analysis, and business operations.As the company grows, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and grow into a broader digital business role supporting multiple business units.If you're looking for a career where you can learn, contribute, and grow with a fast-growing company, we'd love to hear from you.📩 To apply, please send your CV to:jobs@rayanelec.comPlease mention "Junior E-Commerce & Digital Operations Executive" in the email subject.
