Junior ecommerce executive

HIRING: JUNIOR E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE (KSA)Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily e-commerce orders accurately and within required timelines.Maintain order, inventory, and operational records, including SAP updates where applicable.Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and marketplace partners (Noon, Amazon, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Work closely with the KSA team on order priorities, stock availability, and operational updates.Support returns processing, billing, reconciliations, and related documentation.Assist with marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.Monitor and resolve operational issues, escalating urgent matters when necessary.Participate in cross-training to independently manage day-to-day KSA e-commerce operations.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, data entry, logistics, accounts, or a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).Good typing speed with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Prior experience in e-commerce or online marketplace operations is an advantage.Immediate joiners are preferred.interested candidates share your cv - hrd@parajohn.com
