The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, multimedia development, and modern e-learning technologies. You will work closely with instructional designers and stakeholders to transform learning concepts into interactive, learner-centric training solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesInteractive Content DevelopmentDevelop engaging and interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.Create branching scenarios, knowledge checks, simulations, and gamified learning experiences.Convert storyboards and learning content into visually appealing digital courses.Multimedia DevelopmentDesign and develop graphics, animations, and multimedia assets to enhance learner engagement.Edit and integrate audio, video, and visual elements into learning modules.Maintain consistency with branding and instructional design standards.AI-Enabled Content CreationLeverage AI tools to improve development efficiency, including voiceovers, image generation, content enhancement, and rapid prototyping.Explore innovative AI-driven approaches to enhance learner experiences.LMS & Course PublishingPublish and package courses in SCORM and xAPI formats.Test and validate content functionality within Learning Management Systems (LMS).Ensure accurate learner tracking and reporting.Quality Assurance & AccessibilityPerform thorough testing of courses across devices and browsers.Implement accessibility best practices, including captions, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader compatibility.Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.Continuous Learning & InnovationStay updated with emerging e-learning technologies, trends, and industry best practices.Recommend new tools, techniques, and approaches to improve learning effectiveness.Required QualificationsExperience2–4 years of professional experience in e-learning development.Proven experience developing courses using Articulate Storyline 360.Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline 360 is mandatory).Working knowledge of Rise 360.Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI publishing standards.Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).Design & Multimedia SkillsExperience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.Basic video editing and multimedia development experience.Knowledge of motion graphics tools is an added advantage.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, Multimedia, Education Technology, or a related field.Equivalent portfolio-based experience will also be considered.Key CompetenciesStrong visual storytelling and design sense.Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice to HaveExperience developing technical, compliance, software, or soft-skills training.Exposure to Vyond, Adobe After Effects, or Adobe Premiere Pro.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).Experience working in corporate learning or training environments.Why Join Us?Work on impactful learning projects for diverse industries.Collaborate with a creative and innovative team.Gain exposure to modern e-learning technologies and AI-powered development workflows.Opportunity to contribute ideas and shape engaging learning experiences.Continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
