Junior Energy Market Analyst

To further support our growth, we are expanding our teams and we are seeking to recruit, Athens based:Junior Energy Market AnalystThe role will:Develop and deliver fixed-price electricity agreements that meet the specific requirements of medium voltage clientsAnalyze trends in the Greek and European electricity markets to uncover opportunities and support decision-makingDesign and refine models for forecasting electricity market prices, leveraging historical data and market dynamicsSubmit load declarations to HEnEx in accordance with established proceduresManage forward products and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), ensuring portfolio optimizationRequirementsDiploma in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical or Computer Engineering) with specialization in EnergyExcellent use of Microsoft Office 365, with strong focus on complex excel spreadsheetsFamiliarity with programming tools for data analysis & reporting (Python, SQL)Fluent in English, both written and spokenExperience in similar position is a plusKnowledge or understanding of the Energy Markets will be considered a plusAttention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesWork equally well independently or as part of teamBenefitsA competitive remuneration package, including additional health plan and other benefits A modern, dynamic working environment that inspires engagement and teamworkOpportunities for professional growthComplete access to all our targeted learning resourcesAll the state-of-the-art tools you need to workWe encourage a working environment of trust, diversity and safety.
