Junior English Teacher / Teaching Assistant

Role Description The Junior English Teacher / Teaching Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves supporting lead English teachers in delivering lessons, assisting with classroom management, and providing individual or small-group support to students. Daily tasks include helping prepare lesson materials, reinforcing key language concepts, monitoring student progress, and offering feedback under the guidance of senior staff. The Junior English Teacher / Teaching Assistant will also help organize educational activities, maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and communicate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with a strong command of spoken and written English.Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, with the ability to support structured and engaging learning activities.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear interaction with students, colleagues, and supervisors.Relevant qualifications in English, Education, or a related field are preferred.Previous experience working with school-age learners, tutoring, or classroom assistance is beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively, follow guidance from senior teachers, and adapt to different teaching styles.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
