Junior EPM Consultant (OneStream) – Oslo / BjørvikaReady to start your career where finance meets technology and make a difference from day one?At AIQOS, we are looking for a Junior EPM Consultant to join our team in Oslo. You will work on real client projects, learn fast, and grow alongside some of the most skilled OneStream specialists in the market.You will not be doing this alone. Across the Nordics, we have a strong community of consultants who collaborate, share knowledge, and support each other, so you will always have someone to learn from and grow with.What you will do  You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to:·        Understand business challenges and turn them into smart, structured solutions ·        Help translate finance processes in financial consolidation and planning into technical designs ·        Support implementation of CPM solutions in OneStream ·        Analyse data and contribute with insights that drive decisions What we are looking for  You do not need years of experience, but you should be curious, analytical, and ready to learn:·        A background in Finance, Business, IT, or similar ·        An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions·        Interest in technology - maybe you have experience with SQL, VBA, C#, or similar (not a must, but a plus)·        Strong Excel skills and a natural interest in working with data ·        A team-oriented approach and motivation to work in an international environment ·        Fluent in Norwegian and English If you already have experience with CPM tools like OneStream, or an interest in areas like ESG, tax, or lease accounting, that is a bonus but not a requirement.What are you getting·        Real responsibility from day one ·        Close mentoring from a highly skilled team ·        Collaboration with other young talents across the Nordics ·        A steep learning curve in a supportive environment ·        A culture built on teamwork, trust, and knowledge sharing ·        A clear path to grow into a trusted advisor At AIQOS, we have delivered 700+ projects for 190+ clients but what really matters is how we work: together.
