Junior Event Organizer

We’re looking for an energetic and organized Junior Event Organizer to join our retail team and support our in-store events and marketing activities.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and coordinating in-store events, product launches, workshops, and brand activations.Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams before and during events.Communicate with brands, partners, guests, and vendors.Support event promotion through social media and other marketing channels.Collect and organize customer information and leads generated from events.Follow up on event leads and potential customers together with the sales team.Help prepare event materials, guest lists, invitations, and schedules.Track event attendance, leads, feedback, and results.Support other day-to-day marketing activities when required.What We’re Looking For:A proactive, outgoing, and well-organized person with good communication skills who enjoys events, marketing, and interacting with customers. Previous event or marketing experience is a plus, but we’re also open to motivated candidates looking to grow in the role.
