You must be highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable supporting a fast-moving CEO with high standards. You will need thick skin, the ability to receive direct feedback, and the confidence to provide honest feedback in return.Mario does not want someone who simply agrees with everything. He values independent thinking, sound judgment, and people who are willing to speak up, share their perspective, and respectfully push back when necessary.Some responsibilities will be business-critical; others may involve appointments, purchases, vehicle servicing, errands, or household logistics.
