By aligning operational detail with investment strategy, we actively enhance income, protect value and unlock upside across complex, multi-tenanted and value-add real estate portfolios.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organised Junior Executive Assistant to join our London-based team, supporting the Chief Executive Officer. The role is based 5 days a week in our Mayfair offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to build a career in executive support within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial real estate business. Working directly with the CEO, the successful candidate will gain close exposure to senior decision-making, business operations and the day-to-day running of an ambitious investment and development firm.Key ResponsibilitiesDiary & Correspondence ManagementManage the CEO's diary, scheduling and prioritising meetings and resolving conflicts as they arise.Oversee inbox management and draft correspondence on the CEO's behalf.Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare materials in advance of meetings.Administrative SupportProvide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as required.Maintain confidential files and documentation to a high standard of accuracy.Stakeholder LiaisonLiaise professionally with internal colleagues, contractors and external contacts, including legal advisors, suppliers and service providers.Act as a first point of contact on behalf of the CEO, representing the business professionally at all times.PersonalAd hoc personal admin for the CEO as required. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational ability, excellent judgement and a proactive approach to supporting a busy executive.EssentialPrior experience in an administrative, PA or EA capacity (junior level; minimum 2 years in a similar role).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.A high degree of discretion, given regular exposure to sensitive information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.Personal AttributesProfessional, adaptable and eager to learn.Strong work ethic with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility.Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Comfortable working in a closely knit, high-performing environment.What We OfferDirect exposure to senior decision-making within a Mayfair real estate investment and development firm.Significant responsibility from an early stage.A warm, collaborative, supportive and entrepreneurial culture.Clear opportunities for professional development and progression.£35k starting salary.
