With a robust distribution network boasting over 1000 touch points nationwide, the company has embraced modern retail practices by securing retail spaces in luxury malls, establishing exclusively branded stores for an unparalleled customer experience, and launching an E-commerce platform that attracts over 600,000 site visits per year.Key Responsibilities:Conduct onsite and regional training programs as per the agreed training plan.Coordinate product training programs with local agents and internal stakeholders.Deliver SCM/2 and Enadoc training sessions, including content preparation, updates, and monitoring of SRM assignments.Conduct Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel training programs for employees.Coordinate with IT departments for training-related IT maintenance and equipment requirements.Prepare, edit, and manage product training videography, photography, presentations, and summarize training evaluations.The Role:Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources from a recognized university or institute.Diploma or higher qualification in Training & Development / Learning Management from a recognized institute.2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.Strong planning and organizing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours (9-hour workday, flexi basis).Note : We kindly request that only genuinely interested candidates apply for this position.
