This full-time, on-site role is based in Koropi and includes responsibilities such as processing customer orders, preparing export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and updating internal systems. The role involves communicating with international customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order execution, resolving basic queries, and maintaining accurate records. The Junior Exports Sales Administrator will also assist in monitoring shipment status, supporting compliance with export regulations, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the export department.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Export Documentation and Export processes to support accurate and compliant international shipments.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams.Candidates should possess Order Processing skills to manage orders, update systems, and ensure timely handling of customer requests.Candidates should possess Import Export knowledge to understand trade procedures, basic regulations, and international shipping practices.Relevant qualifications may include a diploma or degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.Beneficial skills include proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), familiarity with ERP or CRM systems, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage, along with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.Availability for International travel.Resident of nearby areas.
