Job description:Job Title:Field Verification OfficerEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 1–4 Years (Junior Level)About the RoleWe are looking for Field Verification Officers to support our verification operations.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer or employee locations for address verificationVerify employment details by visiting company offices when requiredSupport education and document verification activitiesConduct phone-based verification checksUpdate verification details in the systemCapture required photos and field evidence using mobile applicationsPrepare and submit accurate reports on timeMaintain confidentiality of informationReport any incorrect or unclear information to the operations teamRequirements1–4 years of experience in Field Verification, Banking, Telecom, Collections, Field Sales, or similar rolesMust be a GraduateComfortable with local travelOwn vehicle and valid driving license preferredBasic knowledge of mobile apps and reporting toolsGood communication skills in local languageBasic English skills preferredSkillsHonest and responsible approachGood attention to detailGood time management skillsAbility to work independentlyGood communication and reporting skillsExperience:Field Verification, Banking, Telecom, Collections: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
