Junior Finance Administrator

We are looking for a new member to join our community, an individual who can embrace change positively and strives to develop professionally.This is a hybrid role, working as a part of the Finance team in accounts receivable.Responsibilities: Commission data entryProcessing and monitoring of sales invoicesManagement of monthly commission exerciseCommission query resolutionCredit controlCommission admin supportProcessing contracts into internal data systems within a set time frameSetting up future cash flows as per payment plan agreementsIssuing invoices to suppliers and clientsProcessing commission dataWorking well with and developing key contacts with energy suppliers and internal stakeholdersCommission payment distribution to internal and third partiesQuery management resolution in a timely mannerActively thinking of ways to improve service and the departmentAdditional responsibilities as required by the team leaderExperience and Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – EssentialMicrosoft Office knowledge – EssentialStrong Excel skills – EssentialComputer literate – EssentialStrong attention to detail – EssentialAccuracy and responsibility – EssentialExcellent communication skills – EssentialEducation background in economics/finance/administration – DesirableTrio is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
