For its South Luxembourg based Headquarter, they’re currently looking to recruit a Junior Finance Controller (m/f)ResponsibilitiesFinanceMaintain loan schedules and reconcile them withCounter partiesCentral finance loan toolWorking capital management (debtors, creditors)Prepare in cooperation with Treasury accountant medium- and long-term cash flow forecastsPrepare the 5 years budget and compare it with actual resultsPrepare business plans and other related forecasts for internal or external useCalculate intercompany fees and transfers neededProvide supporting financial information for strategic actionsReportingPrepare all group finance reports (KFI, CFF)Calculate deferred tax and income tax schedules for the financial statementsPrepare the IFRS financial statements for LX01, LX10, LX76Prepare the consolidated IFRS financial statements for the LX76 groupPrepare reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet itemsInvestigate IFRS accounting policies applicable to the companies’ transactionsMonth end closePrepare management accounts for LX71, LX75Review the CAPEX reportReview (if prepared by treasury accountant) of prepare all loan and interest related information for the management report Prepare reconciliations and supporting analyses for Balance sheet items (AC47)Review the energy report and perform energy consumption calculationsAssist the Accounting Manager and CFO in preparing the management meeting the finance presentationAuditCoordinate with external auditors for information requestedExtract requested information from the company’s ERP or other internal source of informationPrepare analyses and calculations to support the amounts in the draft financial statementsInternal AuditReview internal procedure with actual practiceCompare with the management rules and best practiceImplement Internal audit recommended actionsProfileDegree educated in in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role within an industrial environmentGood spoken and written English – French would be a plusPC literateMotivated, self-sufficient and well organized
