Junior Finance Controller - MENA

Our Client is a Multinational manufacturer of advanced machinery, systems and solutions. Based at their regional office in Dubai, this role will work closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.Job Scope for the role:Financial reporting and analysisPreparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reportsFinancial performance analysis across business units and product line margin analysisAnnual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysisDevelop & implement internal controls and compliances as per company policiesCost centre & profit centre accountingManage & monitor cost across the regionProcess Improvement & cost savingsContract Management and financial risk assessmentTeam management, mentoring & trainingCandidate Requirement:Qualified Finance Graduates, with professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA8 to 10 years of progressive experience, working in an industrial product based / manufacturing environment or within a machinery related services industryStrong work experience involving financial reporting, business analysis, product profitability, project management financial forecasting & evaluation, regional tax regulations and processesMENA or MEA experienceGood understanding and experience in IFRSExcellent communication, presentation and analytical skillsFluency in French or Arabic or German would be preferredExperience in SAP in mandatory for the roleRegional travel as neededWe thank you for your interest in this role.
