Founded in Sweden in 1936, Hubexo specializes in project information, eTendering, product information, market intelligence, and specification.With operations in more than 20 countries and a workforce of 2,500 employees, Hubexo helps its customers sell more efficiently, build sustainably, and lead the future of construction innovation.In Philippines, Hubexo operates under the legal name BCI Central.Principal Job Responsibilities:Prepare month end actual to budget variance and KPI analysisAnalyze monthly variance and provide analysis, graphs and charts to support discressionsGathering data from multiple sources, including databases and reports.Assist in the preparation of periodic and ad hoc forecasts and annual budgets.Prepare monthly commission calculations, build commission computation models.Deliver timely and accurate management reports and effective KPI reporting in agreed templates.Assist with forward view projections, interpret financial results and variances to budget and forecasts.Assist with the preparation of routine and ad hoc analysis of financial and non-financial data.Develop dashboards to facilitate the analysis and presentation of financial data.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Junior Financial Planning Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, or a similar roleWorking experience in multinational companies and with remote teamsDemonstrable budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skillsetFinancial modelling skills with the ability to provide insights into financial and business performanceStrong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersA high degree of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work autonomously with the day-to-day tasksProven advanced Excel skillsFluent in English both verbal and writtenKnowledge of SaaS financial and non-financial KPIs and metrics is a bonusAbility to translate business requirements & questions into technical solutions, and translate those solutions into actionable commercial insightsMust be willing to work in night shift (4pm- 1am) and Hybrid set-up
