Junior Financial Analyst

Role and responsibilities:Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly management reporting according to Corporate policies based on IFRSPreparation of business reports and analysis, including trend analysis and cost driversAnalysis and interpretation of financial results including differences vs. forecast and budget on monthly basis, as well as communication with Country Managers and other stakeholdersMonth-end activities connected with projects accounting (revenues and accrued expenses calculation)Payroll accounting and reconciliation, including communication with payroll agencyCalculation and posting of selected accruals (relating payroll and WIP / POC)Control of sales commissionsPreparation of the annual budget for particular entities and monthly forecastingPosting the month end journalsSupporting monthly upload filesResponding on selected audit requestsCommunication with corporate team on selected requestsIdentifying and implementing possible process and technical improvementsSupporting other team members in accounting / reporting activities, including backupPerson specification:To be successful in the role, the following skills and experience are desired:Minimum 2 years experience as financial analyst or similar positionVery good knowledge of MS Excel: file consolidation, Pivot Tables, excel formulas, ERP systems (Navision would be an advantage)Fluent English is a must (written and oral)University degree (Accountancy / Finance preferred)Ability to present analytical skillsSelf-motivation, ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, pro-active approachStrong communication, ability to work effectively with colleagues both inside and outside Finance
