Junior Financial Analyst

******WE ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN ANY TYPES OF SPONSORSHIP********The Financial Analyst will support the Finance and Accounting team by preparing reports, analyzing financial and operational data, and providing insights to support business decision-making. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate reporting and improve overall business performance.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute periodic financial and operational reports.Maintain information tracking databases, validate data integrity, and prepare recurring reports for management.Analyze expenses, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Work with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other departments to gather required data.Validate and review data for accuracy and completeness before reporting.Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.Provide analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Support ad hoc reporting requests.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBasic understanding of accounting and financial principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.0-2 years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience (internships included).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.Hybrid position; must be able to work from the office several days per week.
