• Overseeing the receipt, review, and payment of invoices.
• Reviewing and approving payroll.
• Managing lease payments and fleet financing.
• Managing payments to suppliers and resolving issues.
• Coordinating with Accounting, Payroll, and external advisors (invoicing, bank statements, taxes, and monthly reports).
• Overseeing cash flow and managing cash.
• Collaborating with the Finance team in Spain on financial closings and administrative management.¡Your Profile! University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.Previous experience in controlling, finance, or accounting is highly valued. Excellent Excel skills; experience with ERP systems or Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.High sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail.Professional fluency in German.Knowledge of Spanish or English is a plus.What We Offer
