As the company expands, it aims to collaborate with forward-thinking organizations and partners internationally, using technology to build long-term, value-driven relationships.Role Description The Junior Flutter Developer is a full-time on-site role based in Pasay, responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Day-to-day tasks include implementing UI designs, integrating APIs and back-end services, writing clean and maintainable code, and troubleshooting bugs and performance issues. The role involves collaborating closely with senior developers, designers, and product stakeholders to refine requirements, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation. The Junior Flutter Developer will also assist in testing, deploying app updates, and continuously learning new tools and best practices to improve development efficiency and code quality.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and software design concepts.Practical experience or coursework in Software Development and Programming, preferably with exposure to mobile or cross-platform app development.Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and its application in building modular, reusable, and maintainable code.Basic understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts, such as RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with server-side services.Experience with Flutter and Dart (academic, project-based, or internship) and familiarity with state management and common Flutter packages.Ability to work on-site in Pasay, collaborate within a team, follow coding standards, and respond constructively to feedback.Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
