Junior Flutter Developer

We're Hiring: Junior Flutter DeveloperDrivers4Me is looking for a Flutter Developer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our development team.You should have a good grip on Flutter and Dart, strong programming fundamentals, and real experience building and maintaining mobile apps. Comfort with APIs, state management, and app architecture is essential, along with an interest in building scalable mobile products.What you'll do- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter- Build pixel perfect Flutter UI from Figma designs- Work with the team to understand requirements and ship features on time- Write clean, maintainable, reusable Flutter code following established practices- Work extensively with state management and build scalable application flows- Integrate REST APIs and handle responses, authentication, errors, and data management- Work with CRUD operations and understand data flow between app and backend- Apply OOP concepts effectively in day to day development- Follow proper architecture and design patterns when building new features- Debug issues, handle app lifecycle and errors, and improve performance and stability- Use Git and Bitbucket as part of the development workflow- Track tasks and collaborate with the team on Jira- Stay current with Flutter, Dart, and modern mobile development practicesWhat we're looking for- 1 to 2 years of hands on Flutter development experience- Strong knowledge of Dart and object oriented programming- Good problem solving skills and solid understanding of data structures- Good understanding of state management concepts- Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience integrating them in Flutter- Good understanding of CRUD operations and application data flow- Knowledge of mobile application architecture and design patterns- Strong understanding of Firebase services and experience using them in mobile apps- Ability to write clean, maintainable code- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and Jira- Ability to learn new technologies and pick up existing codebases quickly- Good communication and collaboration skillsNice to have- Experience with Socket.IO or WebSockets- Exposure to Redis and MongoDB- Knowledge of native Android or iOS developmentQualifications- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field, or BCA- Minimum CGPA of 7.0 or equivalent- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to the teamLocation: Kolkata (Remote)Salary - INR 3-4 LPA
