Junior Food Truck Operations Coordinator

Fine Diner is looking for a hands-on and highly organised coordinator to manage our food truck events from confirmation through setup, service and close-out.You will work closely with our kitchens, suppliers, food truck teams and event venues to ensure the correct stock, staff, equipment and paperwork are ready on time.Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate event access, setup, operating hours, utilities and venue requirements
• Prepare event prep sheets and coordinate dry, chilled and frozen stock
• Arrange supplier orders for drinks, water, ice and consumables
• Complete accurate opening, receiving, transfer, wastage and closing inventory counts
• Coordinate event staff, transport, briefings and daily duties
• Conduct pre-opening equipment, hygiene, safety, POS and internet checks
• Monitor service, stock levels, food quality and restocking requirements
• Reconcile daily cash and card sales and prepare same-day close-out reports
• Maintain organised event records using Google Sheets and Google Drive
• Ensure the food truck is clean, compliant and ready for the next event

Requirements

• 1–3 years of UAE experience in F&B, QSR, catering, hospitality, events or logistics
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Drive, email and POS reports
• Good understanding of stock control and physical inventory counting
• Able to work calmly during busy events and resolve operational issues
• Willing to work flexible hours and support hands-on setup and breakdown
• Good spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
