🪄 Junior Founder Associate – Volunteer Internship (6-12 months, 20%) 📍 St. Gallen, Switzerland | On-site | Unpaid / volunteer basisAbout usMister-Magic & Zauber-Kids is a growing dual-brand entertainment business based in St. Gallen: Mister-Magic delivers premium mentalism and close-up magic for corporate events, galas, and private celebrations across Switzerland, while Zauber-Kids brings educational magic workshops and shows to families and schools. Behind both brands is a founder who is also CEO of an internationally active company - and who is now applying that same operational rigor to build Mister-Magic & Zauber-Kids as a lean, largely AI-run business from the ground up.We're not looking for someone to run social media by hand or answer emails one by one. We're looking for someone who wants to help design the systems and agents that do that - and everything else - automatically.The roleAs Junior Founder Associate, you'll work directly with the founder, one day a week, as the business's internal AI implementation partner. This is a great opportunity to execute AI within a company environment. You won't be handed a finished tech stack — you'll help build it. Concretely, you'll help set up and run:Content & social media automation – AI-assisted content pipelines for both brands (LinkedIn/B2B for Mister-Magic, Instagram/TikTok for Zauber-Kids), from drafting to schedulingBooking & customer communication – a CRM plus AI email/chat agents that handle inbound event and workshop inquiries, follow-ups, and booking logisticsBusiness operations & admin automation – workflows for invoicing, calendar/scheduling, reporting, and the day-to-day admin of a two-brand businessB2B & school licensing outreach – automated lead lists and outreach sequences to support Zauber-Kids' school and licensing pipelineThis is a build-it-with-the-founder role, not a "shadow and observe" internship. You'll be trusted with real ownership over tools and workflows from day one.What we're looking forCurrently studying or recently graduated (business, tech, digital marketing, or similar), or equally, a motivated self-starter with hands-on interest in AI tools and automationGenuine curiosity about AI agents, no-code/low-code automation (e.g. Zapier, Make, GPT-based tools, paperclip, n8n) and how to apply them to a real, operating businessComfortable working closely and independently with a solo founder - proactive, organized, and not afraid to propose and test ideasFluent in German and comfortable in English (our customers and content span both)Based in or able to commute to St. Gallen for on-site collaborationWhat you'll getDirect, hands-on mentorship from an experienced founder and CEO - rare access to both entrepreneurial and corporate operating experienceReal ownership: the systems you help build will run the actual business, not a simulationA flexible schedule (20%, ~1 day/week) designed to work alongside studies or other commitmentsA letter of reference, and the potential to grow into a larger or paid role as the business scalesA genuinely unique cross-section of experience: brand building, AI/automation, and the entertainment industry, all in one internshipDuration: 6-12 months | Workload: 20% (approx. 1 day/week) | Compensation: Volunteer/unpaid - a learning- and ownership-focused role, not a paid position📩 Interested?
