About the role We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Junior FP&A Analyst to join our European Finance team.The successful candidate will support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis activities across Europe. Working closely with senior finance professionals and cross-functional teams, the Junior FP&A Analyst will gain broad exposure to financial management processes while contributing to business performance monitoring and decision-making.Your main responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis: Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting and performance dashboards.Assist in monitoring P&L performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.Contribute to the preparation of reporting packages for management reviews.Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in the annual budget and periodic forecast processes.Collect, validate, and consolidate financial and operational data from various departments.Maintain planning templates and reporting files.Business Support: Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to understand business performance.Provide analytical support to help identify risks and opportunities.Assist in developing reports and KPIs to support business decision-making.Process Improvement & Data Management: Maintain and improve financial reports and data accuracy.Support the implementation and optimization of finance processes and reporting tools.Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to work with large datasets and synthesize information. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-changing environment.Desired Background and Experience:Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience Significant practical experience gained through : apprenticeship, long-term internship, VIE assignment, or a first permanent role in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Audit.Previous experience into the Beauty / Fragrance / Luxury industry is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP business by design (BYD) is a plus.Fluency in English is essential
