There is a huge potential of learning and growth.JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking a talented Junior Frontend Developer with a foundational understanding of React.js, front-end development and a passion for creating seamless and performant user experiences. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications using the Next.js and React.js framework, working closely with senior engineers who will guide your growth. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable with modern JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, and ready to contribute to real production features from day one.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to implement robust and scalable solutions using Next.js and React.js.✅ Develop and maintain front-end features for web applications, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience.✅ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software development.✅ Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.✅ Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices.✅ Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications and deliver visually appealing interfaces.✅ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues reported by users or identified through testing.✅ Collaborate with other team members to define and implement innovative solutions for project direction, visuals, and experience.✅ Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure high standards are met.✅ Participate in discussions and contribute innovative solutions for enhancing project direction, visuals, and user experience.SKILLS REQUIREDBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).0–2 years of experience as a UI / Frontend Developer with a strong focus on Next.js and React.js.Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.Experience in building and maintaining responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux.Experience with version control systems, particularly Git and PM tool- JIRA.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.PREFERENCES - Prior exposure to TypeScript in a real project. Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, SCSS or another utility-first CSS framework. Exposure to state management (Redux, Zustand) or data-fetching libraries (React Query/SWR). Basic understanding of REST API integration and async data handling. Exposure to PDF or document handling in the browser (jsPDF, react-pdf). Any experience with PHP/jQuery — a small part of our stack includes legacy CRM systems that occasionally need frontend fixes. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile. Familiarity with Jest or React Testing Library.If you are a passionate and innovative Frontend Developers who thrives in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply and contribute to the success of our projects.
