If you're passionate about driving change and making a difference in the financial world, join us and be part of our success story.About The RoleAs a Junior Frontend Engineer, you'll play an essential role in supporting the development and maintenance of our web applications.In this role, you'll work alongside designers, backend engineers, and senior developers to bring intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces to life. You'll primarily focus on implementing basic UI changes, bug fixes, and new features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with a React base.This position is designed to provide hands-on experience, enhance your frontend development skills, and expose you to best practices in code quality, problem-solving, and collaboration in a team environment.You'll have the opportunity to work with and learn from senior team members as you grow in your technical capabilities and professional experience.This position is based in Girona, Spain, and reports to our Senior Product Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesFeature Development & EnhancementBuild and maintain new features, working closely with Senior Developers to understand requirements and ensure qualityImplement and test reusable components and contribute to codebase maintenanceCode Quality & Best PracticesAdhere to coding standards, performing self-reviews and debugging issues independentlyParticipate in code reviews to gain feedback and improve coding practicesCollaboration & CommunicationWork closely with designers and backend developers to understand UX/UI requirements and API interactionsCommunicate effectively with team members to understand and clarify project requirementsProblem-Solving & LearningSolve straightforward technical challenges and progressively work on moderately complex tasksActively seek feedback and use it to improve, aiming for increasing autonomy in problem-solvingContinuous ImprovementStay updated with evolving frontend technologies, especially within the project stackSeek growth opportunities by learning new tools, methodologies, and best practices from senior team membersDocumentation & Knowledge SharingDocument own work, ensuring project consistency and providing clear references for future workContribute to team knowledge by sharing findings, asking questions, and participating in team discussionsRequirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
