Junior Full Stack Developer– AI-Assisted Development

Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our development team. The role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their software development career who wants hands-on experience across backend, frontend, cloud and mobile technologies while learning how modern development teams use AI-assisted development tools to build software faster and more effectively. You do not need to be experienced in every technology in our stack. We are primarily looking for strong programming fundamentals, curiosity, problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain web applications and platform features.Work primarily on backend services using Java.Contribute to frontend development using Angular and TypeScript.Support cloud-based development and deployments on AWS.Contribute to Android/mobile application development.Collaborate with other developers on the design and implementation of new features.Debug, test and maintain existing and new applications.Write clean, understandable and maintainable code.Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation and technical research.Review and validate AI-generated code rather than relying on generated output without verification.Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks and development practices.What We Are Looking For Core RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated technical capability.Good understanding of programming fundamentals.Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language; Java is preferred.Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Basic understanding of APIs, databases and web application architecture.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.Strong willingness to learn.AI-Assisted Development We are particularly interested in developers who are comfortable using modern AI tools as part of their development workflow.
