Junior Full Stack Developer — Integrations & Automation

We help growing companies improve their organisation structure, roles, processes, SOPs, accountability, reporting and operational software.Our team works directly with founders, managers and employees to understand business requirements, design practical systems and implement software that supports daily operations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid Junior Full Stack Developer position based in the Greater Chennai Area. Work is primarily remote, with client visits and in-person team sessions when required.The developer will work with existing frontend templates and approved client requirements to build, configure and deploy operational software.Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Understand approved business requirements and software plans.
• Work with existing frontend templates and reusable components.
• Build client-specific modules, forms, records, workflows, dashboards and reports.
• Create and apply SQL database structures.
• Connect frontend screens to backend services and databases.
• Develop and maintain frontend and backend functionality.
• Build and connect REST APIs, webhooks and external integrations.
• Support Tally, ERP, accounting and other business-software integrations.
• Configure client-owned GitHub, hosting, database and related software services.
• Prepare development, testing and demonstration data.
• Test forms, permissions, approvals, calculations and complete workflows.
• Identify and correct software defects.
• Deploy client applications and verify production functionality.
• Maintain technical documentation and implementation notes.
• Communicate with clients to collect technical information and clarify requirements.
• Support user testing, employee training, implementation and post-launch corrections.
• Protect client data, credentials and system access.Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of frontend and backend development.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with React, HTML and CSS.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Supabase, PostgreSQL, Node.js or Python is advantageous.
• Ability to understand an existing codebase and make controlled changes.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to test complete workflows instead of only individual screens.
• Willingness to learn Tally, ERP and third-party software integrations.
• Ability to document work and provide regular progress updates.
• Responsible handling of confidential client information and credentials.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, implementation and training across Tamil Nadu and other locations when required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
