About the RoleRobokidz runs an online coding platform that powers our STEM courses and learning programs. As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will work alongside the IT team to deploy, maintain, and support this coding platform — ensuring it stays stable, secure, and available for learners and educators. It is a hands-on role ideal for an early-career developer who enjoys working across both the front end and back end and wants to grow their skills inreal-world deployment and server maintenance.Role SummaryYou will assist the IT team in the deployment and ongoing maintenance of the coding platform, contributing to both front-end and back-end tasks, database management, and server upkeep. You will help keep the platform running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and support new releases and updates as they roll out.Key ResponsibilitiesDeployment: Assist the IT team in deploying the coding platform and rolling out updates, following the established deployment process.Maintenance & support: Help maintain and monitor the platform to ensure it remains stable, secure, and available; troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.Back-end development: Build and maintain APIs and server-side logic using FastAPI and Python.Front-end development: Develop and update user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.Database: Manage and query MySQL databases; support backups and data integrity.Server upkeep: Support administration and upkeep of Ubuntu servers hosting the platform.Collaboration: Coordinate with the IT team and other stakeholders, and maintain clear documentation of deployments and fixes.Required Qualifications & SkillsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.1–2 years of relevant experience in web / full-stack development.Working knowledge of FastAPI, Python, and JavaScript.Front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and the Bootstrap framework.Experience with MySQL databases.Familiarity with Ubuntu Server and the deployment process (build, release, and hosting).Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Good to HaveExposure to Git / version control and CI/CD workflows.Basic knowledge of Nginx, Docker, or cloud hosting.Understanding of web security and performance best practices.
