About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. You'll work across the entire web stack — building responsive front-end interfaces in React and developing back-end services in Python — while collaborating with the team to ship features from concept to deployment.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain full stack web applications using React.js and Python (Django)Develop clean, reusable front-end components and responsive UIsDesign and implement back-end APIs, business logic, and database integrationsCollaborate using Git/GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews)Write, test, and debug code across the front end and back endParticipate in planning, standups, and code reviewsLearn new tools and technologies quickly as project needs evolveAssist with deployment and DevOps tasks as neededRequired QualificationsReact.js — proficient building modern front-end applicationsPython — proficient, preferably with the Django frameworkGit/GitHub — comfortable with version control and collaborative workflowsFull stack experience — has built and shipped full stack web applications (professional, academic, or personal projects)Databases — familiar with PostgreSQLFast learner — picks up new frameworks, tools, and codebases quicklyClaude Code — familiar with AI-assisted development using Claude CodeNice to HaveDevOps experience (CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure)Experience with REST API designPay Range $40,000 - $55,000 MXN monthly
