Working alongside experienced engineers and delivery leads, you'll help build AI solutions that solve real business problems.You'll be involved throughout the development process, from exploring client challenges and building prototypes to testing solutions and helping turn successful proofs of concept into production-ready products. You'll also contribute to our internal AI platform, developing reusable tools and approaches to improve future delivery.What You'll Be DoingBuilding AI prototypes and applications using real client dataWorking with LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents and tool integrationsDeveloping and improving solutions through regular feedback and iterationTesting AI applications, implementing guardrails and improving reliabilityIntegrating data and systems within real-world technical and security constraintsContributing to internal AI tools, templates and reusable solutionsExploring emerging AI technologies and identifying practical use casesWhat We're Looking ForEssentialStrong programming fundamentals in a language such as Python or TypeScriptAn understanding of software engineering principles, including testing and clean codeA genuine interest in AI engineering, including LLMs, RAG, agents and prompt engineeringPractical examples from university projects, personal projects, placements or commercial experienceCuriosity about full-stack development, cloud technologies and building end-to-end solutionsStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and take initiativeDesirableExposure to vector databases, embeddings or fine-tuningFamiliarity with AWS or Google CloudExperience with AI-assisted coding toolsPersonal AI projects, open-source contributions or startup experienceApply todayBecome an Enabler!
