Junior Graphic Design Assistant

We’re supporting a fast-growing consumer brand in Dubai with the search for a Junior Graphic Design Assistant. This is a genuinely entry-level opportunity where attention to detail, design instinct and pride in your work matter far more than years of experience.Working closely with the Head of Creative, CRM and Organic Marketing teams, you’ll help ensure every newsletter, social asset and piece of digital content looks polished, consistent and on-brand.(Please note this is a junior Role)What you’ll be doing:Designing and formatting newsletters and email campaignsPerfecting layouts, spacing, typography and image placementProducing and adapting visual assets for CRM and organic social mediaResizing and versioning existing creative across different channels, formats and languagesKeeping design assets organised, consistent and easy to accessSupporting the creative team with day-to-day production requirementsWhat we’re looking for:Up to one year of graphic design experience—we’re happy to consider graduates and train the right personA strong eye for layout, consistency and the smallest design detailsWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, alongside Figma and/or CanvaExperience using email platforms such as Klaviyo would be helpful, but isn’t essentialSomeone reliable, organised and comfortable completing detailed production work to a consistently high standardThis is an important hands-on production role rather than a creative direction position. It would suit someone who genuinely enjoys making designs look clean, aligned and polished and who is bothered by uneven spacing and misaligned imagery!Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical newsletter-formatting task as part of the process.
