This team specialises in delivering high-quality corporate reporting solutions, covering the full spectrum of services from project management, content creation and visual design to digital experiences and film production.Job description:The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design and production of annual reports, sustainability and ESG reports, corporate profiles and other long-form corporate publications.The role is primarily focused on layout design, typesetting and production, working within established design directions, visual systems and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for typography and detail, be comfortable working with large multi-page documents, and have the ability to maintain consistency and accuracy across a high volume of content.You will work closely with senior designers and the wider Corporate Reporting team to develop, refine and deliver high-quality reports within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and production of annual reports and corporate publicationsCreate and refine page layouts, ensuring accuracy and visual consistencyPerform typesetting and maintain strong typographic standards throughout documentsPrepare master pages, styles, grids, and document structures in InDesignOrganize and structure content flow for large multi-page documentsEnsure brand alignment across all visual elementsApply feedback from senior designers and stakeholders efficientlyAssist in preparing final artwork and files for print and digital deliveryCollaborate with the design team to maintain quality and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopStrong understanding of typography, grids, and layout principlesExperience working with multi-page documents is an advantageAttention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelinesStrong time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlinesGood communication and teamwork skillsBasic knowledge of print production processes is preferredBilingual proficiency, particularly in English and Arabic is preferred
