Key Responsibilities

Support the assessment of clinical and laboratory workflows and help identify areas for improvementAssist in creating solutions and proposals aimed at enhancing productivity, operational efficiency and quality of healthcare deliveryLearn and apply LEAN principles, workflow improvement techniques and strategic problem-solving frameworksCollaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams across the regionBuild exposure to diagnostic technologies, digital healthcare solutions and healthcare transformation initiativesDevelop consulting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities through hands-on experience with real customer projectsExperience:Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline0–2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical laboratories, medical devices, healthcare technology, or related support functions. Internship experience within a laboratory, healthcare environment, or consulting setting will be an advantageMethodologies: Basic understanding or exposure to process improvement methodologies, such as LEAN, Six Sigma, 5S, or workflow optimizationMarket Knowledge: Awareness or understanding of the Middle East healthcare and diagnostics market would be an advantageLanguages: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic would be highly advantageous
