ESAB is a world leader in consumable products and equipment for use in the cutting, joining and automated welding, as well as gas control equipment, providing a wide range of products with innovative technologies.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to join our ESAB Middle East team. This role is part of an 18-month trainee graduate program and is designed for someone looking to develop hands-on experience across core HR functions while building strong business partnering capabilities. You will work closely with the MEA HR team and business leaders to support HR strategies and initiatives across Saudi Arabia, while developing your understanding of strategic and operational HR.What You'll do:Support line managers in aligning people strategies with business goals and operational requirements.Assist with core HR activities including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, organisational effectiveness, talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement.Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance in line with company policies, procedures, and organisational know-how.Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.Assist in driving performance management processes, including goal setting and annual reviews.Support talent management initiatives such as succession planning and capability development.Provide support in recruitment activities, including interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning.Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems such as Workday and support HR reporting and analytics.Ensure HR practices are compliant with local legislation, internal policies, and global HR standards.QualificationsEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Technical RequirementsGood knowledge of MS Office and HR systems such as Workday or similar HRIS.Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience Requirements1–3 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within a multinational or industrial company.Previous internship, graduate program, or project experience in HR is a plus.Language RequirementsFluency in English and Arabic is required.Saudi Nationals are preferred; however, Arabic-speaking candidates from other nationalities will also be considered.
