Position Title: Junior HR Business Partner (Internship)Location: DubaiSalary: AED 8,500The Junior HR Business Partner will join an 18-month trainee graduate program, working closely with MEA HR and business leaders to support HR strategies and business objectives while developing strategic HR business partnering skills.ResponsibilitiesSupport managers with HR and business needs.Assist with workforce planning, performance, talent, L&D, and employee relations.Handle HR queries and support policy compliance.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.Support talent management and succession planning.Maintain HR data and reporting in systems such as Workday.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
