قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJOB OVERVIEWThe Junior HR Data Analyst supports the Head of HR and the wider HR team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing people data across the Group's entities and businesses.. The role focuses on producing accurate, timely, and insightful reporting on headcount, workforce composition, attrition, performance, and compensation, and contributes to the development of dashboards and analyses that inform workforce planning, organizational design, talent decisions, and executive and board-level people reporting.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESData Management & QualityExtract, consolidate, and maintain people data from the Group's HRIS and other source systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality.Monitor and improve the quality of HR data, identifying gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies, and coordinating with HR business partners to resolve them.Maintain organized data repositories and naming conventions to support efficient retrieval and analysis.Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR data structures, taxonomies, and master data (e.g. job codes, grades, cost centers).Reporting & DashboardsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc HR reports covering headcount, joiners and leavers, attrition, demographics, nationalization, and other key people metrics.Build and maintain HR dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI to provide self-service visibility for HR business partners and business leaders.Support the production of executive and board-level people reporting packs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency of figures.Maintain HR scorecards and KPI trackers and highlight variances and trends for management attention.People AnalyticsConduct analysis on headcount movements, attrition drivers, span of control, organizational structures, and workforce composition across the Group.Support compensation analytics, including pay band analyses, salary benchmarking inputs, bonus distribution, and comp-ratio tracking.Provide data support for performance management cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning analysesCompile and analyze engagement survey results and other people feedback data to identify themes and recommendations.Project & Process SupportProvide data analysis and modelling support to HR projects, including organizational design reviews, restructuring, job evaluations, and workforce planning.Support recruitment analytics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health metrics.Assist in preparing data inputs for HR policy reviews, audits, and regulatory or statutory reporting requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR reporting processes, templates, and analytical frameworks.GeneralHandle all employee and people data with the highest level of confidentiality and in line with applicable data protection requirements.Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilizes sound judgment in decision making.Other additional duties may be required by management based on needs of the business.POSITION REQUIREMENTSEducational QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field from a recognized university.Additional certifications in HR analytics, Power BI, or data visualization are an advantage.Technical CompetenciesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and complex formulas.Working knowledge of Power BI or a similar data visualization tool; ability to build clear, well-structured dashboards.Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Bayzat, or similar) and comfort navigating large data exports.Basic understanding of core HR concepts including organization design, grading, compensation, performance management, and workforce planning.Exposure to SQL or scripting (e.g. Python, R) for data manipulation is an advantage but not essential.Skills & Personal AttributesHigh attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to working with data.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to dig into the "why" behind the numbersClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into simple, decision-ready insights.High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential employee and compensation information.Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple data requests and deadlines in parallel.Collaborative team player, comfortable working with HR business partners across multiple business units.Work Experience 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internships in HR, analytics, or consulting are an advantage.Any prior exposure to HRIS reporting, dashboard development, or people analytics is a plus. Prior experience working in a multi-entity or holding-group environment is desirable but not mandatory.
