hr application consultant – fresh graduatelocation: Zahraa el maadi, Cairoemployment type: full-timeexperience: fresh graduate / 0–1 yearjob summarywe are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as an hr application consultant. the ideal candidate should be interested in hr systems, erp/hris applications, business processes, and technology, with a strong willingness to learn and develop consulting skills.responsibilitiesassist in implementing and configuring hr applications based on business requirements.understand and document clients’ hr processes and system requirements.support system testing, uat, and troubleshooting activities.assist in identifying and resolving functional issues.provide first-level application support to users and clients.prepare user guides, documentation, and system-related reports.participate in client meetings and requirements-gathering sessions.support data preparation, migration, and validation activities.work closely with technical and functional teams to resolve issues.learn and understand hr modules such as payroll, personnel, attendance, recruitment, and performance management.requirementsbachelor’s degree in hr, business administration, commerce, mis, information systems, computer science, or a related field.fresh graduates are welcome to apply.strong interest in hr technology, hris, erp, and business applications.good analytical and problem-solving skills.good communication and interpersonal skills.good command of english.strong attention to detail.willingness to learn and develop in a consulting environment.basic knowledge of microsoft office is required.preferred skillsbasic understanding of hr processes.basic knowledge of erp/hris systems.basic understanding of databases or sql is a plus.internship, graduation project, or training related to hr, erp, hris, or business applications is a plus.ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
